Introducing our Executive Directors:

Simon Topham
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Simon joined Prowler Press Limited in 1992 after a spell of four years working for J.P. Morgan in London. He became a shareholder and director after a year, and gradually got involved in all aspects of business, including setting up the video production business and partnership business SBV in Berlin. He became Sales Director in 1995 and MD of Prowler in 1998. Upon the formation of MPG in 1999, he became Group Managing Director.

Simon has a degree from the London School of Economics (University of London) and also holds the IPDM Diploma. He is also a Director of Heart of Soho Limited and the Group companies, and has been a Director of the Adult Industry Trade Association.

On 13th October 2013 Simon was honored in the Independent on Sunday’s Pink List of 100 most influential LGBT men and women in the UK at number 39.

Media & Marketing Director

Kim has extensive media, management and integrated marketing experience both in the mainstream and niche publishing industries having worked for News International on The Times and Sunday Times from 1987  before working as Ad Manager then Commercial Director/MD for the publisher of Pink Paper and Boyz from 1991.  Kim joined Millivres Ltd in 1994 as Director of Marketing, and was appointed to the Board in 1998, shortly after launching the Millivres Multimedia feature film distribution label, which she sold as a going concern to a competing but strategic partner ten years later.  She became Media & Marketing Director in 2002.

Kim has a degree in Business Studies, a Post Graduate diploma in Marketing Management, and has just passed with Credit a post-graduate diploma in Digital Marketing via the Institute of Direct Digital Marketing. She has also acted as consultant to two SMEs in the design and print sector as part of her ongoing professional development and has more recently consulted for E-Moderation.com a leading global Social Media Moderation start-up.

In December 2012 she became a Fellow of the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing

In recognition of her influence, knowledge and experience, in October 2013  Kim was asked to judge on the Independent on Sunday’s Pink List panel.

In February 2014 she also won an IDM award for Continued Professional Development (CPD).

Finance Director

An ACCA Qualified Accountant, Anthony joined the company from University in 2002 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and has been promoted all the way through to Finance Director.

The Finance Team provides management, control and administration of all the financial operations of the Group. Anthony works with the Executive Directors and Senior Management Team providing financial advice to inform and enable the achievement of the company’s short and long-term goals.
Anthony passed his ACCA exams in 2010 and was promoted to FD on 1st February 2012

Operations Director & Company Secretary

Robert is the Operations Director & Company Secretary for MPG and assists with the management of the whole company and in particular to oversee the effective operational delivery of certain administrative components of the business. They include Human Resources, Health & Safety and General Administrative systems. As Company Secretary he administers to the Board and assists with the various statutory requirements of the Company.

Robert has a strong background in sales and joined Millivres Ltd in 1991. He helped introduce many key administrative systems, including the Company’s Staff Handbook and the Health & Safety Manual, and has planned and overseen the relocation of various parts of the company over the years. He was appointed Company Secretary in 2001 and has gained a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Robert was promoted to the Operations Director on the 1st of Febuary 2012.

chrisNon-Executive Chair – Chris Graham-Bell 

Chris is a founding director of the original company of MPG and has more than 35 years’ experience of this multimedia, multi-channel business. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Millivres Limited until the merger in 1999 when he became Group Executive Chairman. A past Chairman of the Gay Business Association of United Kingdom and member of the National Advisory Group on police liaison with the gay and lesbian community. Chris was given the 1995 Bryan Kennedy Award for significant contribution to the gay community and the 1999 People Who Make A Difference Award for community policing fight against hate crime.

A Fellow of the Institute of Director, he has an Open University Diploma in Management and an IoD Diploma in Company Direction. He is also a Director of Heart of Soho Limited and the Group companies.

As of 1st February 2012 Chris became MPG Non-Executive Chair.
